Derek and I first started investigating cemeteries
and properties for the fun and the thrill of not knowing what could happen next. The more we got into investigating we realized that we could help and try to provide people with solution to the difficult or unsolved dilemma's occuring on their properties. I review of all the evidence, and work on getting UPI better equipment. Designing and producing this organization has made me appreciate the wonderful and kindhearted people in the organization and the people that are very kind to let us in and investigate their property.  The best part about UPI is being able to meet and speak to the owners of the property we are investigating, because we really get to know the person and learn about the history of their property. UPI has not only investigated a good amount of properties, but made great long lasting friends, through people joining the organization to getting to know the owners of the properties. The team members are amazing in our group and we definitly could not be here today if it wasn't for them.  Also, for the people that contact us to investigate their property.  Thank you.
